How OurVerse works
For ages 5 to 16, with a bridge to 19. Safety first, connection always, learning that follows the young person, evidence the young person owns, and rights threaded through everything.
A shape schools already know
Schools are used to a cycle of checking in, planning, support and review. OurVerse keeps that familiar shape and changes what happens inside it.

A path that moves both ways
Young people move through phases, from welcome and recovery to learning and next steps. Moving back is never failure. Rest counts as part of an education, and learning is planned around the energy a young person has today.
Measured against the young person, never against school
Progress is read against each young person’s own signs and goals. Why we measure differently. Wellbeing is recorded with our own scale, which replaces Leuven.
Built on established work
OurVerse is built on the pedagogy and tools of Yasmin A Darling, used every week since 2025 in community learning groups. The full framework, standards and tools are supplied only under licence.
